Sprint 40
- What went well
- Things are in a good place for the upcoming hackathons, not lots of new things
- Focus is good
- Globus personal endpoint is useful and helps further our story
- Mike did work in go (again)
- Hackathon instance is using 1.1 release
- What didn't go well
- Spread too thin across multiple projects
- Scope volatility within the hackathon
- They don't know what they're doing, they are spread too thin, too much is left to us
- The NDS/TERRA allocation gives more room for creep
- Sprint date error caused us to overcommit
- 1.1 deploy tools problems
- First time to see SDSC issues (storage performance, instance creation, network issues)
- Continue
- Finish stuff up early so we have time for review
- Subtasking stories when necessary, but with discussion
- 2 week sprints unless it's Winter break
For the next sprint, retrospect should be process oriented (stop/start/continue)
