Data Transformation Service 5, XSEDE Workshop, Rollout Demo - XSEDE Workshop
Right now bdfiddle downloads the bytes of the file specified in the URL input field and then uploads it using the file upload endpoints for conversion and extractions. This breaks when the files are at URLs that don't support Cors. Fortunately both Polyglot and Clowder have endpoints that accept the url and download it directly server side, avoiding Cors issues.
