• Remove Gordon dependent code and make it more generic

• Do error checks like whether a video file opening was successful before operating on it.
  • Display proper error messages
• Set basic_qos before calling consume
  • Won't be needed once using pyClowder2
• Change video preview part of the code to the latest version used in ncsa.video.preview
• Update to OpenCV 2 if not OpenCV 3
• Dockerize the container
