While combining conversion and extraction in a workflow, we may not need to download the file from the server after conversion to a local directory and then upload for extraction. An improvement could be to send the URL of the converted file as returned by conversion for extraction. For this, we may have a separate flag in convert method in bd.py or can have a separate method that does only the conversion not download it.
