      • Add extractor info fetcher service to Clowder
      • Also, an extractor can have 0 consumers because the minimum number of consumers in elasticity module can be set to 0.
        • It may not be possible to identify the extractors that running at a given moment, considering the fact that elasticity module may have set the consumer to 0 if no jobs are there (if we can keep this to a minimum of 1, it'll reduce the complexity in logic.).
      • Will need to write this up and present it to the group
      • https://opensource.ncsa.illinois.edu/confluence/display/BD/Extractor+Info+Fetcher+Service
      • Clowder needs to check for extractors that acted upon a file and then filter based on that.
