currently, we store extractor logs on the instances. There are some drawbacks of it.

1. if vm instance is gone, then logs on that vm instance is gone.
2. Logs of extractors contain valuable information. Each developer needs a easy and better way to trace the logs of extractors.
3. it is better to have some way to store historical logs of each extractor instance(container).
4. With the number of extractors and replica of extractor increasing, there should be a better way to manage the logs of extractors and instances( container).
