The Tools Catalog fails when trying to login.

This appears to have shown up after the deploy of https://opensource.ncsa.illinois.edu/bitbucket/projects/BD/repos/tools-catalog/pull-requests/60/overview

Even with a valid username and password, Crowd is reporting 

[error] application - Error Getting Status: {"reason":"INVALID_USER_AUTHENTICATION","message":"Failed to authenticate principal, password was invalid"}

Validated that the correct username and password are being passed on to crowd.

Not sure if this is a coincidence or something related to the PR
