As a cluster administrator I want a tool that will allow me to manage all aspects of my BrownDog or Clowder cluster.
Acceptance Criteria
- Clusterman repo in Bitbucket
- Basic Play 2.6 application with trivial home page
- Scalatest + Play Unit test
- Bamboo CI Job that runs tests
- Code coverage report
- Dev-int host provisioned in Nebula
- Bamboo deploys to Dev-int
- Ability to view deployed app in Dev-Int
