As a clusterman administrator I want to be able to bind deployed tools to projects so I can start routing data.

Assumptions

1. Integrate Clusterman with the extractor spec interface of Tools Catalog

Success Criteria

Given I have a project defined
And I have a deployed extractor
And I click on the binding icon to view the bindings dialog
When I bind a deployed tool to the project
Then I see that the bindings are created in Rabbit
And the bindings show up when I re-visit the binding modal
