From the main page, click on a tool link, see the  Display Tool page, at the bottom click on the Add Brown Dog Script. A new page with title Add Brown Dog Script appears, with message in red with instructions for the user.  The current msg is intended for users editing an existing script.

Message has to be changed to the appropriate text.
