BDFiddle "Manual" mode conversions are not using requested applications

      In "Manual" mode, conversions seem to be not using the requested software applications. In Polyglot the default applications are being used. For example, if I request text to pdf conversion using ImageMagick, still unoconv is being used for this conversion.
