    Description

      A change to the Docker file in clowder 1.4 meant that it's no longer possible to pass Mongo URL, or RabbitMQ URI to the docker image via environment var. This is needed to run Clowder in NDS Workbench.

      Keep the defaults that are in docker/custom.conf, but allow for them to be overridden with environment vars
