As a Box user I want the Box Client to accept a Box Skills Invocation so Brown Dog can detect files uploaded to my Box

Acceptance Criteria

1. Box client exposes an unsecured endpoint: https://browndog.illinois.edu/box/skills/:extractor
2. Box client sends a 200 response code if the extractor exists in fence
3. Box client sends a 404 response code if the extractor cannot be found
