Currently if you fill out the form at /transformations/form the submit button verifies that needed fields are filled out, but then doesn't submit anything if all the fields are filled. The submit button should add the data from the form into the database.

This is intended to make creating the extractor_info.json easier. Once the form is filled out, when the submit button is processed it should return the extractor_info.json that would have created this entry.
