Currently a transformation name is not enforced to be unique by Mongo. However it makes sense to only have one transformation with a given name appear in the catalog. Upon adding a transformation a check should be performed to verify that the name is unique, and if the name is not unique prompt for an update to the current transformation rather than adding a new one.

Exceptions could be made for a new version of the transformation (where we store both versions), and we show only a single version on the main page, but the details page shows all versions (in case information changes from one version to another).
