There is the possibility that the initial information used when registering a transformation is incomplete or inaccurate. To correct this we have to go into Mongo and modify it ourselves. It would be nice if the user could update an extractor that they submitted.

To accomplish the check we would add a field to the transformation entry in Mongo that kept track of the user ID that submitted the transformation. The update could be done by resubmitting the extractor info with the same name and version number, or by setting up the form that allows manual entry, and populating it with current information, so that they can update the information already in the database and submit through that form. A button can be added to details pages where they have update permissions to bring them to the update interface.
