We need a really easy way for scientists to add tools to the DTS. This can be similar to nano-hub, but easier as the VM setup parts is a bit much. Create a webpage where one can:

• Upload a binary/script (attempt to autodetect platform/languages needed)
• Specify input formats (all tools will need to take files as input)
• Filter output for keywords/signatures (possibly leverage nanoHUB's rappture here, if nothing speficied take a screen capture of executing tool as a preview?)
