In the new code, some new fields were added to the tool and tool versions. It is expected that these fields exist in the db. Need to update existing db, adding necessary fields.
Test extensively to make sure the existing db is not compromised.

Fields to add:

• tools - toollevel (based on existing info, decide the value for tool level)
• toolversions - interfaceLevel (again, decide on the initial value based on the existing info about tool version/interface)
• tool_versions.files = metadata.type (type will be "source" for most interfaces)
