When creating or editing an interface, need to add ability to either specify url or upload actual file for source, docker, input, output.

If both url is specified and file is uploaded, then keep the url and discard the file.

When interface is displayed, need to display either url string or DOWNLOAD button for uploaded files.

When interface is edited, need to display DELETE button for each uploaded file.
