Currently, the username and password hard-coded the Brown Dog C # library. The user needs to provide that and need to be passed to the file manager extension for access DAP/DTS service.
One solution is to create a settings or option window to obtain these values and will be shown during installation of the file manage extension. Other settings value could be DAP/DTS server URL, key, port number, output path. It required more investigation.
