Automatic discovery of polyglot/clowder instances using zookeeper instead of the configuration file.

This would also potentially allow us to run many instances of polyglot/clowder in parallel for failover. It will require some testing to figure out how it would behave with the specific services. How will the gateway know where to get the created info?
