Please add in the form in the web page with:
1) a field named "action", where values could be "add", "stop";
2) for the "add" action, a checkbox titled "forcefully". Useful to indicate to restart a tool even if its configuration already exists in the configuration file – that is, it is not a brand new tool that has never been deployed but a stopped, existing tool.
