Any POST to api/extractors with same extractor name as previously posted extractor info overwrites the previous extractor info. GET on api/extractors shows the latest extractor information.
In future we may want to store different versions of extractor info corresponding to the different versions of extractors deployed.

We may create a different mongodb collection for preserving the history of the extractors info.
