Task is to create a means of nesting a collection within a collection to mimic the type of file hierarchy familiar to users. As of now the plan is to have, for each collection, a Parent collection (if it is contained within another one) a flag for a 'root' collection (if the collection is not contained in any other - the highest level) and a list of collections within the collection (similar to the way datasets are handled.) Routes will need to be added and implemented in controller, including one which will view all root collections.
