GET /datasets/addToDataset/:id/:name/:desc @controllers.Datasets.addToDataset(id: UUID, name: String, desc: String)

Currently it is passing the name and description and are required. If a dataset doesn't have a description. You can not add a file to the dataset.
Remove the name and description from the route. And get them in the controller.
