Hardcoded asset path broken on Create Dataset

      Noticed bug here.

      For example, creating a new dataset fails on button click:

      kooper suspected this resulting from a hard-coded path for chosen.css - it is missing the /clowder/ from the URL in this case. Suggested yanzhao3 or indiragp take a look.

      As a result, unable to Create Dataset via the UI.
