affilation preferences from Clowder are not getting processed by the Org rule (see https://sead-test.ncsa.illinois.edu/c3pr/proxy/sead-c3pr/api/researchobjects/matchingrepositories/rules) - it looks like this is just because the label used in Preferences doesn't start with a capital A....
