Description
When looking at some other users datasets (e.g. https://clowder.ncsa.illinois.edu/clowder/datasets?owner=57bb389bf1cbcc3b3ad79709) I see a create dataset link. This seems like I can create a dataset that is owned by the user whose datasets I'm looking at.
