task two: double check the create button on page

permission = public and this user does not has access to this space. but it can see create button

task three: tag button is clickable even user doesn't has permission (please also check the dataset). also, the button should be <icon-tag> TAG, TAG is missing.

task four: when the browser is not wide enough, the menubar will hide some part of the html body, and the title of the page is invisible.

task five: when adding a metadata definition for a space. we should only check if this definition is exists in this space.

task six: case None => InternalServerError("Dataset Not found"). Dataset is still not replaced with messages
