...the Ordered/Weighted tags pages use Elasticsearch to generate a count of objects with that tag. When a tag is clicked, however, mongo is still used to populate the actual list of datasets/files. This should use Elasticsearch as well.

• files.findByTag()
• sections.findByTag()
