This can be just a placeholder task for the time being. This feature needs to be discussed in detail. Basically, the idea is to have an API endpoint to update JSON-LD metadata. This will help to correct any erroneous data extracted by extractors. For example, the person tracking extractor generates lists of people it tracks. Previously, using the update endpoint for technical metadata, a user of the person tracking previewer was able to edit and correct this metadata. This feature is helpful in many computer vision/machine learning based extractors, wherein the extracted metadata is not always 100% accurate.
