We currently shows comments on files in a dataset in the list of comments on the dataset itself. This is confusing, especially now that we have dataset with a lot of potential files in them. We could:

• remove functionality
• add a marker to the dataset page that identifies comments from files within the dataset with a link to jump to the file.
  • might also need a way to show/hide file comments
