GeoJSON dataset previewer loads all files in a dataset

With large datasets this can create a very log list of calls to the api, one for each file in the dataset. For now only lookup the first 20 files in a dataset when running the GeoJSON dataset previewer. This is consistent with the dataset Geospatial viewer.
