Adding metadata of type Scientific Variable shows up twice

      On current develop branch, to reproduce:

      Go to dataset and add an entry for "SAS Variable Name". This will appear twice in the list below. After refreshing the page it only appears once.

      Same thing happens with the new "Annotation" type in this PR https://opensource.ncsa.illinois.edu/bitbucket/projects/CATS/repos/clowder/pull-requests/1327/overview.

      Looks like there is something with the javascript update. Maybe it's due to the fact that this metadata type has two fields that need to be filled.
