Services such as AWS S3 and MinIO could be used to back the files for Clowder, instead of Disk or MongoDB options that are currently prevalent.

For larger-scale instances, this could potentially save us 90% on Clowder's storage costs in AWS, as S3 tends to be much cheaper than the alternatives.
