We query all files in a dataset to list comments and tags (tags from files are not show on dataset page anymore).

Removing these queries speeds up the page greatly. From 16s to 1s on local machine with 14K files.

I plan on removing this also because I have found confusing to see comments / tags on files show up on the dataset. The comments are also don't show the file it belongs to.
