Now that fd-geoserver has geoserver/postgres on it and the CLU/soil data are moved, we should update the frontend to call these new services. I think this should be just a few minor updates in config files:

1) instead of covercrop.ncsa.illinois.edu/api/CLUs this should point at the fd-geoserver.ncsa.illinois.edu/api/CLUs

2) Instead of covercrop.ncsa.illinois.edu/datawolf this should be fd-datawolf.ncsa.illinois.edu/datawolf
