Currently, the run script expects a particular number of runs, it should instead parse the experiment file and update the batch script accordingly. We use a template batch script and modify it with the SQX filename and other parameters. In addition, we need to look at the SQX to insert the correct number of runs based on the number of years in the SQX file.
