There are two issues:

1) generate_exp_file.py - dssat translator generates the SQX name based on contents of the file so the experiment file for 2020/2021 is not being saved

2) run_dssat_batch.py - needs to check SQX file to determine how many treatments are needed in DSSBatch.v46
