When adding a field, we currently pass in a boolean to indicate whether the cropland data layer should be used. We should add another parameter, tile_drainage to indicate if we should use tile drainage. By default, we the default experiment file has tile drainage. We should make a second without tile drainage so the user can indicate which to use.
