We should try getting the forecast for one of the weather stations to see the format of the data and better understand what needs to be done to integrate it with ISWS data. The easiest first approach might be to download the data for each weather station we have weekly since we need to replace the station that is closest to the field with the forecast data.

The goal of this task is to get familiar with the data returned from SubX and document how we can integrate this into the ISWS format.
