The occursCount tests have already been updated by the dev team to use fn:count instead of dfdl:occursCount. However, the test names, descriptions, etc. still reference occursCount. The following will need to be updated once the modified tests are pushed:

• Test names & descriptions
• Scala file referencing tests
• Requirement for occursCount (now obsolete), either modify to reflect fn:count or create new
• test mappings
