      When running the recently-created fn:exactly-one tests against the dpath-with-serialization2 branch, all tests fail with the following:

      [error] Test edu.illinois.ncsa.daffodil.section23.dfdl_expressions.TestDFDLExpressions.test_exactly_one_02 failed: java.lang.Exception: Schema Definition Error: Unsupported function: fn:exactly-one

      {xmlns:fn='http://www.w3.org/2005/xpath-functions'}

      According to the spec, we support this function. Is there a different method of referencing the DPath equivalent?
