Whenever we display an infoset element, the toString() method calls the toXML method, and the resulting XML unfortunately carries all the namespace prefix definitions. These are often far larger in volume that the information one is looking for.

We need a way to suppress or remove these prefix definitions so as to get a denser and more readable "brief XML" form that is used when Infoset elements are converted to strings.

This issue affects both end-users of Daffodil, and developers. When debugging, the cluttered presentation of even quite small infosets makes things very hard to figure out.
