Because a saved parser does not save the entire schema, it makes no sense to request "full" validation (which runs xerces against the DFDL infoset after converting it to XML).

CLI should catch this error and point out to the user the error of their ways. API can just throw an appropriate exception indicating the incompatibility.

We could consider an enhancement someday to package the entire schema together with the saved parser purely to lift this restriction, but for now these should just be incompatible.
