DFDL-886 fixed scoping issues with dynamic delimiters, but resulted in a pretty significant (~20%) performance degradation in delimited text formats (e.g. CSV). Need to investigate this and fix. May need to split dynamic and static delimiters, so at least the static case (most common) will be fast.
