Unparser: nilValue containing character classes isn't converting character classes

      For example, if we had

      nilValue="%WSP;-%WSP;"

      then the unparsed output should be converted to

      -

      , but it is just writing out the literal string

      %WSP;-%WSP;

      .

      Note that according to the spec, we shouldn't even be allowing this. And only nilValue="%ES"; should be allowed.
