It looks like we experienced a performance decrease ranging from 20-40%, where the performance gets worse as the number of threads used decreases. Based on the performance reports around that time, the change responsible was probably in the last few days of April, between the commits bfa1ac and 2a7a5b. Other binary types do not appear to have been affected.
