This task is to take the DFDL4S schema, or suitable part of it, get some sample data from ESA (European Space Agency), and try it on Daffodil.
As of this writing, the DFDL4S schema language has some incompatibilities with official DFDL, so the schema will have to be massaged to be standard, but this should be straightforward to do, if perhaps a bit tedious, and once done, it should work.
The modified schema could then be incorporated into our user-submitted tests area. (Depends on whether ESA minds if we do this. They do keep some control on this software, and that may include the schema. But if we have a partial schema.... maybe ok?)
