There was a consistent performance degradation across the board after commit 8ed09fb was made. Most tests only decreased by a 1-2%, which is within the normal fluctuations. But ALL test were down 1-2% so this is likely a performance issue. More importantly, CSV tests dropped anywhere from 20% to nearly 60%, and PCAP dropped 5-10%. We need to track down the change that caused these performance decreases and see if they can be resolved.
